In 2025, where will the Jiangbei New Water Plant in Hu Song North District of Harbin be built?

The new Jiangbei Waterworks is built near Dongqiao International in Songbei District.

According to the Harbin Municipal People's Government Network, Jiangbei New Water Plant located in the north area of Hu Song, Harbin, plans to start construction of a 60,000-ton limin surface water plant. It is expected to be put into use after it is completed near Dongqiao International in Songbei District in 2025.

After the completion of the water plant, the Songhua River water purification pipeline was changed to convey raw water, and the water was treated in the newly built water plant. By then, the entire Limin District will realize the water supply with Songhua River surface water as the main water source.
