Procurement Specialist Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completing procurement goals and plans;

2. Assist managers to control the procurement process and make optimization suggestions ;

3. Analyze supplier market information, collect relevant information in a timely manner, and determine short-term and long-term suppliers and supply channels;

4. Responsible for the formulation, execution and follow-up of procurement contracts Progress, tracking and control of the delivery date of purchased items;

5. Tracking product quality and follow-up of product arrival and warehousing;

6. Handling returns, exchanges and general compensation matters;

7. Assist relevant departments to properly solve problems that arise during use;

9. Organize and register purchase contracts and various documents, and record the arrival time;

11. Prepare a monthly procurement summary and provide relevant information according to the needs of each department;
