The 15th Dalian (Lushun) International Cherry Blossom Festival in 2023 will be held from April 15 to May 15, and the opening ceremony is scheduled for April 20th.

The theme of this year's Cherry Blossom Festival is "Cherry Blossom Dance, Spring and Travel" and "Guo Yun Cherry Blossom Tour", and traditional culture, poetry and songs, cultural performances, night cherry blossom viewing and other activities are integrated into the spring flower viewing tour series to create a unique cherry blossom theme festival integrating tourism, ecology, culture and leisure for tourists.
