Preliminary notice on registration for Qingdao’s 2018 Junior and Intermediate Health Qualification Examination

Various district and municipal human resources and social security bureaus, health and family planning bureaus, municipal and local organizations in Qingdao (Personnel, Political Affairs) Department:

In order to fully carry out the registration work for the 2018 Junior and Intermediate Health Professional Technical Qualification Examination, the relevant examination registration preparation matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Online registration

2. On-site qualification review and confirmation

The on-site review and confirmation of the 2018 Junior and Intermediate Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination will be carried out by the Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Health and the Family Planning Commission.

(1) Review time: January 15 to January 19, 2018, morning: 9:00-11:30, afternoon: 1:30-4:00.

(2) Audit location: Qingdao Health and Family Planning Talent Comprehensive Service Center (Address: No. 16 Qixia Road, Shinan District).

3. Online payment

In early 2018, online payment for the Intermediate Health Professional Technical Qualification Examination will be implemented across the province. Exam candidates are required to conduct on-site review and confirm that they have passed the examination in December 2017. Log in to the China Health Talent Network from the 29th to January 30, 2018 and pay online in time to complete the registration. Failure to conduct on-site verification and online payment within the time limit will be deemed to have been abandoned.

IV. Continuing Education Credit Requirements

In accordance with the Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Health Bureau's "About Strengthening Continuing Education in the Promotion of Professional and Technical Positions in the Qingdao Health System Opinions on Relevant Issues" (Qingrenshebanzi [2013] No. 125) document stipulates: "To apply for promotion to junior and intermediate health professional and technical positions, an average of 20 continuing education credits must be obtained each year." The deadline to register for the 2018 Health Professional Technical Qualification Examination and obtain continuing education credits is December 31, 2017.

V. Others

The examination time and professional setting, registration conditions, registration fees, preliminary review by the competent department, review materials and other related issues will be notified separately.
