All these places that claim to recruit directly from the crew, including companies recruiting actors, especially those recruiting under the banner of big-name companies, will definitely ask you to pay money in various names. Therefore, they are all fake recruitment scams, and none of them are real. You should not even touch them. In particular, Ganji.com, 58.com, Zhaopin.com, etc. are the hardest-hit areas where film and television recruitment scammers are rampant. None of them are free, so don’t go! Any real crew has investors, and all expenses are covered by the investors. The actors do not have to pay a penny. Everything that is said to have to be paid includes training fees, accommodation fees, food fees, certificate fees, filing fees, etc. Management fees, clothing fees, security deposits, etc. are all scammers!

Don’t listen to what laypeople say. Just because it has industrial and commercial registration means it’s true. It’s all nonsense. In order to deceive others, lest others say they are irregular, those scam companies have done more complete procedures than anyone else. They have industrial and commercial registration, industry licenses, and legal websites. They use photos of themselves with celebrities to lead the way, and even find some parents to guide them on the spot. Bringing children to learn dance and piano may seem real at first glance, but the purpose of setting up the company is to engage in fraudulent recruitment. No matter how complete the procedures are, they are still deceiving you without negotiation!

Real media companies also have fees for signing contracts, but they are packaging and hype fees, and they don’t charge you thousands or eight hundred, at least hundreds of thousands or millions, but they are guaranteed by the contract. They must arrange a few plays for you within a certain period of time, arrange a few performances, what roles you will play in the plays, the order of appearance in the performances, etc. They must clearly explain what specific packaging and hype activities they must do for you. , what kind of results must be achieved, it is not about just collecting money and not doing anything.

A real film and television company, including the crew, will never recruit amateurs from the public. If you go to it proactively, if you don't make an appointment, you will be kicked away by the security guard. They all sign new recruits internally through professional channels. Not only do they have to sign up with graduates from professional colleges and contestants in major talent shows, they must at least go through free preliminary auditions organized by the industry to prove that they are indeed the right material. , it is possible to sign a contract with you. So if none of the above situations apply to you, you will basically have no access to these real companies or crews. Moreover, if you are underage, your parents’ written consent is required for regular companies including auditions.

All free preliminary auditions in the entertainment industry are only for girls. No way, this is just a channel with Chinese characteristics, because some young actresses who were forced in by investors often refused to play some roles in the crew, so the director had to make backups for such actresses and prepare enough Girls who promise not to refuse any shot are prepared to deal with emergencies. No one would refuse any role, including older actresses, so the director did not need to back up these actors, so there was no need to accept these people in auditions. Note that you must be a girl who can accept any shot required artistically to participate. Moreover, the actors here are not mainly extras, but mainly character actors.
