How to treat the problem of outpatient night shift? This is an interview question for recruiting a medical guide nurse. How to answer? Everybody help.

First of all, I think that being a nurse is to be psychologically prepared for the situation of often staying up late, which is also one of the basic qualities that nurses must have. Secondly, as an outpatient nurse, in many cases, I need to deal with some emergencies during the night shift. Therefore, we should have a strong ability to improvise, calmly respond to emergencies, and cooperate with doctors to actively deal with them and do a good job in corresponding treatment. In case of specific incidents and serious situations, we should also actively report to the head nurse or superior leader on duty at night to do a good job of prevention.
