First, the recruitment target

Second, the recruitment conditions

5. lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves have not been sentenced to death or are serving sentences; Lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves have not joined illegal organizations, cult organizations or engaged in other activities that endanger national security.

6. Retired soldiers, police academy students, courageous activists and advanced individuals are given priority in admission under the same conditions.

7. Male, healthy, with regular facial features, no stuttering, hard of hearing, color blindness, tattoos and infectious diseases, good physical and psychological quality, height 1.70m or above, and naked eye vision of 0.8 or above.

8. At present, no labor contract has been signed with other employers.

Third, the recruitment method

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: from now until March 3, 2023.

2. Registration place: Auxiliary Police Management Office of Qiaokou Branch of Wuhan Public Security Bureau.

3. Registration requirements: Applicants should attend the on-site registration with the auxiliary police registration form of Qiaokou Branch (attachment 1, please download and fill it out in advance), their household registration book, ID card, education background, degree certificate and 1 recent one-inch bareheaded photo.

According to the recruitment conditions, the candidates will be qualified for preliminary examination, and those who pass the examination will be registered.

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. Those who provide false materials will be disqualified once verified.

(2) Interview

The interview time and place will be announced separately.

The interview adopts structured interview, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality, language expression ability, problem analysis ability, practical ability and psychological quality of the candidates.

(3) Physical fitness test

Physical fitness test items: standing long jump, 1000m long-distance running.

The physical fitness test is conducted according to the Standard Test Rules for Physical Fitness of the People's Police of Public Security Organs.

(4) Physical examination

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Applicants shall go to the designated hospital for medical examination with the medical examination notice, and the expenses shall be borne by themselves.

(5) Investigation

Those who pass the medical examination will be included in the scope of investigation.

The investigation was carried out with reference to the Measures for Political Investigation on the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs, mainly focusing on the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, and law-abiding.

Fourth, wages and benefits.

The candidates will receive pre-job training, and after passing the training, the post probation period will be 1 month (2800 yuan/month); Those who fail are disqualified.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the comprehensive examination will go through the formal employment procedures and sign a labor contract with the dispatching company.

The financial security fund for auxiliary police is 60,000 yuan per person per year (including "five insurances and one gold", working meals and uniform distribution of clothes).

Outstanding performance should be commended and rewarded.

There is no registration fee and examination fee for this auxiliary police recruitment.
