3. During the China Import and Export Fair, electric bicycles are prohibited from driving on Xingang East Road (from Exhibition East Road to Exhibition South Road) and Exhibition East Road from 8:00- 19:00 every day.

4. The following roads are forbidden for electric bicycles for 24 hours.
