In the baking industry, interns usually have a master or tutor to guide their teaching. These chefs are experienced bakers or bakers. They will teach baking technology, share their own experience and knowledge, and guide interns to learn and grow in practice.

The master will teach interns how to choose and use materials, master the skills of baking tools and matters needing attention in the baking process. They will teach techniques such as dough making, fermentation, control of baking temperature and time, decoration and packaging.
