I. Job Requirements and Registration Conditions
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, firm politics, law-abiding and good conduct.
2. 3. Overseas students must have obtained the full-time master's degree certificate of the top 700 universities in the ranking system of the world's three major universities and the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education at the time of the recruitment announcement (overseas students can only apply for positions with this condition indicated in the annex).
4. Graduates from branches and independent colleges of relevant universities, graduates from entrusted training, on-the-job training, orientation training and cooperative education are not included in the scope of introduction.
5. Good health. In principle, undergraduate students are under 30 years old (1 born after August 989 1), master students are under 35 years old (1 born after August 9841), and doctoral students are under 40 years old (1August 9791).

7. Three. Registration and qualification examination
1. Personal registration

On-site registration According to the work arrangement, the "Shandong Heze-Talent Through Train" will be held in colleges and universities in time to introduce urgently needed high-level talents. On-site registration must carry the "Heze municipal institutions (municipal state-owned enterprises) open introduction of high-level talents registration form" and the materials needed for on-site qualification examination.
2. Qualification examination
The recruitment unit conducts the preliminary qualification examination and feeds back the preliminary examination results.
On-site qualification examination will be conducted during the "Shandong Heze-Talent Through Train" in colleges and universities. The specific time and place will be notified separately. On-site qualification examination needs to submit the registration form signed by myself, submit three recent photos with the same size as the original one, and provide a nationally recognized academic degree certificate (which can be delayed until the end of 2020 due to the epidemic), ID card, registration card, electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, etc. (Fresh graduates provide ID cards, employment recommendation forms, and electronic registration and filing forms for academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, etc. ); Relevant documents and certificates of taking up the post of student and obtaining honors during the school period (original and photocopy of the above materials are required 1 copy). The staff of the unit shall submit the original and photocopy of the ID card, qualification certificate, employment certificate and unit consent. The personal information filled in by the applicant and the relevant materials submitted must be true and accurate. If the materials are fraudulent, they will be disqualified and included in the integrity file of the personnel examination.
Failure to conduct on-site qualification examination on time shall be deemed as automatic waiver of examination qualification. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Candidates who do not meet the recruitment requirements will be disqualified.
Fourth, the interview
The interview is conducted by means of defense, interview and communication, and mainly evaluates the comprehensive analysis, communication response, job matching, language expression and gfd of the candidates, with a full score of 100. The interview score is set at 70 points, which is the qualified line.
The interview time and place shall be subject to the specific notice of each recruiting unit.

1. 3. Vacancies due to abandonment of inspection, physical examination or unqualified inspection and physical examination shall be filled by the recruiting unit.
