1. In April 1994, three comrades Zhang Baolin, Liu Changwei and Zhang Shuqin from the Ministry of Education of Henan TV Station were responsible for the preparation of the third program of Henan TV Station - Educational TV Station. In June 2000, the three program development plans of Henan TV Station were approved by the Provincial Party Committee Office Meeting of the Provincial Radio, Film and Television Bureau, and the preparations for the third program were officially launched. Henan TV Station's Economic and Life Channel On April 1, 2001, with the first broadcast of the lifestyle news column "Sunshine Life Report", Henan Radio and TV Station's Economic and Life Channel officially met with Henan viewers. In April 2002, in the recommendation of outstanding works to participate in the province's good news awards, the news program "A Sigh of Pollution-Free Vegetables" selected by the Economic and Life Channel won the second prize in the China Radio and Television News Award. 3. On January 1, 2004, the economic and life channel of Henan Radio and Television Station was completely revised and launched the people's livelihood news column "People's Livelihood Reference".
