I am a outspoken person, and I often tell the truth and call a spade a spade, or this is one of my own shortcomings, because I often stand in the wrong angle because of my inexperience, and what I say will often cause unnecessary trouble because of my thoughtlessness. But I personally think that these days, I have not affected the normal development of my work because of this shortcoming, but because of some people's communication problems. Surveying is a very hard job, especially in Panyu. Cases are always a problem, but business is related to claims settlement. This is a difficult question to choose, because investigation is our job, and business is not my consideration. At first, I thought so myself. With the gradual development of the work, individuals gradually realize the relationship. Therefore, they are very careful when dealing with cases, especially when facing big customers.

Think again, why did you choose to join the company? Besides, at the beginning, other companies (Shenzhen Zhixinda Evaluation Company) were also willing to recruit me to engage in survey work, and the salary was higher than that of the company? Now that I think about it, I can't understand it at the moment. Or, this is fate, or just to repay the recommendation of others. In the face of the financial crisis, the company went bankrupt and the factory closed down. Seeing those unemployed students and migrant workers who are hard to find jobs, my heart was cut and tears could only flow to my heart! I am also a child from the countryside.
