An experience as a teacher recruitment judge

Phoenix flowers bloom, and it's harvest season. Students who step out of the campus gate are full of joy, carrying bags full of luggage and taking various recruitment exams, ready to open up a different world of life and harvest new fruits of life.

Every year, the recruitment of teachers in various provinces and cities can always provide more abundant positions, but for thousands of candidates, it is really a drop in the bucket! Candidates shoulder the pressure of employment, and the whole preparation process is not difficult. I had the honor to attend the teacher interview in my sister city on behalf of my school. I want to write down what I see and think and share it with you. If I can use a little experience, I am very pleased.

First of all, a little luck

The content of this interview is that candidates give a ten-minute lecture. Each candidate prepares lessons for 40 minutes and lectures for 10 minutes. I have to say, there are some lucky ingredients in this. Everyone is in the waiting room and knows the topic at the same time. Candidates in front will prepare more hastily, and candidates in the back will have more time. Even if you don't have draft paper to give it to him first, after all, you already know the topic first, so you can make a draft first. Sure enough, the candidates in front are even more unfamiliar with their lectures. There is a little girl, just a few seconds before the previous girl's grades were announced, who was still racing against time to recite the manuscript. The last few candidates came to the stage to give lectures, giving people a feeling of being prepared, orderly and unhurried.

Second, pre-test training

I found that most candidates had surprise training before the exam. They knocked on the office door three times before entering, and said softly, "Teacher, may I come in?" Make a good first impression on the judges and teachers. When they stand on the platform, they can walk in a T-shape, stand straight and behave generously, greet the judges with a loud voice and appropriate speed, introduce their test numbers, and make simple opening remarks. However, some candidates are still a little nervous. At first, their voices were very loud, and gradually they were a little out of breath, and their voices became smaller and smaller. When they formally enter the classroom, they can learn from others and naturally insert the new curriculum standards and the concept of famous teachers into their lectures, so that their lectures can be completed in one go. Even some candidates, like performing a one-man show, use simple body language and vivid facial expressions to infect every judge with their enthusiasm for the class and make us fall in love with her class.

Third, lay a solid foundation

Some candidates memorized the lecture template before the exam, and put the template directly in the "copy and paste" mode during the real interview. But this kind of lecture has only flowery rhetoric, but no substantive connotation. After all, they haven't really learned knowledge, and they haven't really learned how to prepare textbooks, students and teaching process. Some of them have improved their teaching objectives, some have complicated the simple teaching process, and some even have several typos on the blackboard, which shows that they have no solid Chinese foundation and excellent teaching ability. Therefore, in the process of preparing for the exam, it is necessary to prepare a lecture template, but it is more important to accumulate more, practice a solid foundation, and really improve Chinese literacy, so as not to be superficial and invincible.

Fourth, experience accumulation.

Some candidates can stand out among the candidates because she has no stage fright. When she stood up, she didn't look like a novice at all, but looked like an experienced schoolmaster. I believe that when she is studying at school, she can seize every opportunity to try classes. During the internship, every class is really regarded as an open class, as if there are not only students but also teachers sitting below, so she can grasp the opportunity of class with such an attitude, and only when she really interviews can she calm down and face the examiner.

This experience, for me, is actually a study and a practice. In the candidates, I see their energy and momentum. I also hope this experience can help more students.
