According to the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (Yu Renfa [2006] No. 44) and the "Notice on Further Regulating the Open Recruitment of Public Institutions" by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Chongqing Renshefa [2011] No. 326) and other principles, with the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, an open recruitment of public institution staff is open to full-time college graduates in 2015. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

2. Recruitment positions and number of people

3. Recruitment objects and conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) Love their job and abide by laws and regulations , good conduct and decent style;
(3) Meet the job recruitment requirements (see attachment 1 for details);
(4) Aged 30 years old and below (i.e. April 1984 (Born on or after the 24th), in good health;
(5) Full-time academic qualifications (degrees) studying at overseas universities, and their academic qualifications (degrees) must be certified by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(6) Meet other conditions specified in the recruitment position.

IV. Recruitment methods and procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review

3. Specific registration methods and requirements
Anyone who meets the recruitment targets and conditions, according to the recruitment position requirements, Fill out and print out the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Full-time College Graduates in Yunyang County Public Institutions in 2015" (Attachment 2, hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form") and the "National Employment Agreement for College Graduates" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form") (referred to as "Employment Agreement"), signed by the head of the department and stamped with the official seal of the department, then go to the site to register. Applicants can only choose one position in one unit.
The materials required for registration include: ① Original and copy of personal ID card and student ID card, ② Self-recommendation letter (including personal basic information, ideological and moral character, graduate employment recommendation form, and various subjects during college) academic performance, various award certificates, scholarships obtained, social practice, etc.) and a "Registration Form".
After the registration is completed, the employer shall, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Brochure and the relevant certification materials provided by the candidates, review and understand the various situations of the candidates, and according to the indicators of each recruitment position, the ratio shall not be less than 1:2 (special The ratio can be appropriately relaxed for positions in short supply). After merit comparison, the list of candidates for the written examination will be determined and reported to the recruitment working group for review and filing.
(2) Examination and assessment
1. Graduates with postgraduate degree or above will be assessed directly. The assessment score is 100 points, and 60 points and above are considered qualified. Among those who have passed the assessment, candidates to be signed will be determined in equal numbers from high to low based on the indicators for each recruitment position and the assessment scores will be reported to the recruitment working group for review and filing (those with the same final scores for the proposed positions will be determined by an additional test). Each employing unit signs a graduate employment agreement with the confirmed candidate.

2. Fresh junior college and undergraduate graduates adopt a combination of examination and assessment. The specific time and location will be notified later.
(1) Written test. The content of the written test is "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" (the test content is subject to the revised version in June 2013) and is conducted in a closed-book format. Each subject is worth 100 points.
The exam lasts 90 minutes. Those taking the written examination must enter the examination room 20 minutes in advance with their ID cards (bring their own necessary examination supplies).
(2) Interview. Candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1:2 for each recruitment position (the ratio can be appropriately relaxed for special shortage positions), and are determined in order from high scores to low scores based on the written test scores of those applying for the same position. The interview is conducted in a structured manner (radio and television stations adopt professional testing methods) and is worth 100 points. The interview results will be announced on the spot. Those with interview scores below 60 points will not be determined as candidates for recruitment. If the examiner evaluates the candidate's interview score below 60 points, he must explain the reasons in the score sheet; if the candidate's final interview result is below 60 points, the recruiting unit should write a written report and submit it to the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for record.
Total score calculation. The total score of the examination = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50% (written test and interview scores are rounded, and two decimal places after the decimal point are retained).
3. Sign an employment agreement. According to the indicators of the proposed positions and the total examination scores for each position from high scores to low scores, the contract candidates will be determined in equal amounts and reported to the recruitment working group for review and filing. If the total scores in the examination are the same, they will be determined based on the interview scores (the written test and interview scores are the same, and will be determined by taking an additional test), and the employing unit will sign an "Employment Agreement" with the confirmed candidate.
(3) Physical examination and inspection
All personnel who signed the "Employment Agreement" should present their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates and their institutions on July 15, 2015. The inspection certification materials issued were submitted to the Affairs Management Section of the Yunyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review. Those who passed the review were required to participate in a unified physical examination on July 16, 2015 in accordance with the relevant requirements for physical examination.
The physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" promulgated by the former Ministry of Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1) and the "Notice of the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" ( The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued [2007] No. 25), the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Medical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19) and " Notice on the issuance of relevant revisions to the "Civil Service Recruitment Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2013] No. 58) and other regulations shall be implemented in conjunction with the actual requirements of the industry or position. The cost of the physical examination is borne by the candidates themselves.
Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the county level. If the recruiting unit or the examinee has any objection to the conclusion of the physical examination, he or she may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. After approval by the Yunyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, a one-time re-examination shall be carried out at a designated hospital. The results are subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Those who fail the physical examination will have their agreement terminated and their employment qualifications cancelled.
Those who have passed the physical examination will be inspected by the Yunyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the recruitment department to examine their political and ideological performance, moral character, ability and quality, study and work, and whether they need to withdraw, and the qualifications of the candidates will be reviewed. Perform a review.
Any vacancies that occur due to failure in physical examination or inspection or automatic relinquishment of qualifications upon confirmation will not be filled. Any gaps that occur after the inspection will not be filled.
(4) Public announcement
For matters related to examinations and assessments, please log on to the Yunyang County People’s Government public information website for inquiries.
Qualified candidates will be announced on the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network and the Yunyang County People’s Government Public Information Website for 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the name, gender, date of birth, academic qualifications (degree), major, graduation school, total examination results, proposed position, etc. of the personnel to be hired.
(5) Recruitment and remuneration
For those who have no objections after public announcement or who have objections but it is verified that it does not affect the employment, the employer shall put forward the proposed employment opinions and fill in the "Chongqing Municipal Institutions" After the "Approval Form for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Units" and the "Roster of Personnel to be Recruited by Chongqing Municipal Institutions" are submitted to the competent department for review and approval and reported to the Yunyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, they shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Trial Personnel Recruitment System of Chongqing Municipal Institutions" (Yufu Fa [2003] No. 37) and the relevant provisions of the "Chongqing Municipal Personnel Bureau's Notice on Forwarding the "Public Institution Employment Contract (Template)" (Chongqing Renfa [2006] No. 68) to complete the employment procedures and be hired as a staff member of a public institution , enjoy the corresponding salary and welfare benefits for staff of public institutions.
The employed personnel shall be subject to a probationary period in accordance with regulations, and the probationary period shall be included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally appointed; those who fail to pass the assessment during or after the probationary period or who are found to have concealed their pre-employment medical history and whose physical condition does not meet the job requirements or who provide false materials will be disqualified from employment.
Those who have not obtained the corresponding graduation certificate or degree certificate before July 15, 2015 will automatically terminate their employment agreement and cancel their employment qualifications.
The employees must have served in Yunyang County for 5 years or more. The employment contract will be terminated if the service period is not reached.
6. Relevant Requirements
