It is understood that according to the framework agreement signed by the two parties on September 4, the legal representatives of Jinan Chemical Pharmaceutical Company, Linuo Group and Hongjitang Company formally signed the asset restructuring agreement after a series of legal procedures such as discussion and approval by the workers' congress of Hongjitang Pharmaceutical Company. Taking assets as a link, the three parties reorganized all the assets owned by Hongjitang Company, and Linuo Group increased its capital and shares by 80 million yuan to carry out GMP transformation of Hongjitang Company. Although the shares of the three parties in Sun Hung Kai Tang Company have not been finalized, Linuo Group will occupy an absolute controlling position in Sun Hung Kai Tang Company. The signing of this agreement is not only the beginning of the substantive work of integrating the pharmaceutical industry in Jinan, but also a good beginning for Jinan Chemical Medical Company to vigorously promote the reform and reorganization of the pharmaceutical industry. It is a milestone for Linuo Group, a private enterprise, to fully intervene in the medical field and cultivate new economic growth points. It is also a new attempt to develop private economy and promote the reform of state-owned enterprises in Jinan.
