What do plywood workers do?

Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) Selecting materials, marking, sawing or making logs into cubes;

(2) Operate the traveling crane and electric hoist, lift logs and cook logs;

(3) operating a rotary cutting machine to separate the cooked raw wood board;

(4) operating the single board computer to carry out drying operation from board feeding to board discharging;

(5) plate rolling, storage, shearing, sewing, hole filling and gluing;

(6) operating a glue mixing machine and a glue coating machine, mixing, gluing, bonding and assembling the veneer with a cold and hot press, and operating a loading and unloading machine to press the plywood;

(7) Sawing plywood and semi-finished products vertically and horizontally, sanding or scraping the surface, trimming and grading, and inspecting the quality.
