Chongxian subway planning

Legal analysis: In the planning of Hangzhou rail transit network (202 1-2035), there is a planned rail transit 14 line, which is organized and implemented by the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. The 14 line starts from Fuyang West Station and ends at Chongxian, with a total length of about 60.5 kilometers. The project has been incorporated into the network planning. In addition, in the "Public Consultation on Environmental Impact Assessment of Hangzhou Urban Rail Transit Phase IV Construction Plan" which flowed out in June 5438+ 10 this year, there are two subways about Chongxian, namely, the new line 2 (or named as 15 in the future) and the new line 3 (or named as 14 in the future).

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Urban Rail Transit Operation (repealed)

Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purpose of strengthening the operation and management of urban rail transit, ensuring the normal and safe operation of urban rail transit, maintaining the operation order of urban rail transit and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of passengers and urban rail transit operators.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the operation of urban rail transit and its related management activities.
