Recruitment conditions

The appointment of a clerk should have good political quality and the following conditions: having a college degree or above; In good health, under the age of 25 (born after July of 1980, 1), having worked as a court clerk or stenographer for more than 3 years (as of June 30, 2005), and the age can be relaxed to under 35; College graduates are limited to Xuzhou students; Graduates with bachelor degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities are not restricted by their place of origin; Those who have a master's degree or above and meet the relevant policy resettlement conditions are not subject to household registration restrictions; Other personnel are limited to Xuzhou household registration.

Recruitment procedure

Management and treatment

According to the relevant documents of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Higher People's Court, the appointment clerk implements contract management. The newly appointed staff will be on probation for one year. After the probation period expires, the employment contract is formally signed, and the employment period is three years. After the contract expires, you can renew it. Before the promulgation of the relevant provisions of the state, the appointment clerk enjoys the same salary and welfare benefits as the staff of the same rank in the court where he works during the employment period.
