The establishment of French civil service system

Equal opportunity act. The Equal Opportunities Law was passed in 1946, aiming at ensuring fairness, transparency and equality in the selection and appointment of French civil servants. It stipulates the recruitment procedure of French civil servants, emphasizes the selection based on ability and qualification, and prohibits any form of discrimination. Therefore, the symbol of the establishment of the French civil service system is the Equal Opportunity Law.
