The specific matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment principles

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection.

2. Recruitment plan

The number of recruitment positions planned for this time is 2, and 1 broadcasting and hosting teacher will be recruited on behalf of the school directly under the Anqing Municipal Education Bureau.

3. Recruitment conditions

1. Love the socialist motherland, love the radio and television industry, have good political quality, and abide by disciplines and laws;

2. Have good facial features, Good image and temperament, good health;

3. Standard Mandarin, clear pronunciation, pure voice quality, and certain artistic talents;

4. Age: 18 years old or above, under 25 years old ( Born between September 1, 1986 and September 1, 1993);

5. Educational requirements: Applicants for the position of TV program host must have a nationally recognized college degree or above; applicants for the position of broadcasting and hosting teacher must Have a nationally recognized undergraduate degree or above.

4. Registration arrangements and qualification review

(1) Registration time and method

This recruitment will be conducted by competition*.

(2) Qualification review

Candidates who pass the preliminary qualification review will go to the Human Resources Department of Anqing Radio and Television Station from 8:00 to 18:00 on October 6 and 7, 2011 ( (8th Floor, Radio and Television Center, No. 58 Tianzhushan Road, Development Zone) for qualification review, signing a letter of integrity, paying the preliminary competition fee of 50 yuan per person, and receiving the participation certificate.

The following documents must be provided during qualification review:

5. Competition

1. Preliminary competition time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. on October 8 and 9, 2011; semi-final time: 2011 October 15th and 16th from 8:00 am to 12:00 am and from 15:00 pm to 18:00 pm;

2. Competition location: The preliminary competition location is on the first floor of Anqing Radio and Television Center; the semi-finals location will be notified later;

4. Competition content: Contestants will present manuscripts prepared by themselves and designated by the judges on-site to test their Mandarin proficiency, pronunciation, sense of language, language mastery of the manuscripts, emotional dispatch, language organization and other comprehensive abilities, on-site adaptability, etc. .

5. Competition Rules

(1) The top 50 players in the preliminary round from high to low will enter the semi-finals;

(2) The top 50 players in the semi-finals from high to low will enter the semi-finals The top 20 players with the lowest scores advance to the finals.

(3) There will be one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and several excellence awards in the final.

(4) The first, second and third place winners of the finals will enter the audition session.

Anqing Radio and Television Station determines candidates in equal numbers from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment plan to enter the physical examination.

(5) After the candidates to be recruited by Anqing Radio and Television Station are determined, the Municipal Education Bureau will determine three people with a bachelor's degree or above among other award-winning personnel to enter the second position of teachers based on the ranking of the semi-final results. The round test will be followed by the interview; if there is insufficient number of candidates, the candidates will be filled in among the excellence award winners based on the ranking of the semi-final results.

6. Interview with broadcasting and hosting teachers

Interview content: Mainly examine the applicant’s appearance, comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, verbal expression, on-the-spot response and professional knowledge of the position to be applied for, etc. , the interview score is 100 points.

The interview score is the candidate’s final score.

7. Inspection and Physical Examination

1. The inspection mainly examines the applicant’s political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, business ability, work performance (academic performance), etc.

2. The physical examination items and standards refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources [2005] No. 1) and "Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources [2005] No. 1) 2007〕No. 25), "Notice on Revising the "General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Medical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19) and "Special Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment" Standards (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 82) and other regulations shall be implemented.

8. Employment and Treatment

TV program host: The winner of the finals will pass the physical examination and assessment, and will be announced to the public for 7 days after being reviewed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If there is no objection to the public announcement, the employment formalities for formal staff of the public institution shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Broadcasting and hosting teachers: Based on the candidates’ interview scores, combined with the inspection and physical examination results, the results will be announced to the public for 7 days after being reviewed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If there is no objection to the public announcement, the employment formalities for formal staff of the public institution shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
