Grouting resin construction steps

Grouting resin can be used for grouting treatment, and the specific construction steps are as follows

Observe the crack width

Observe the crack width correctly with a crack magnifying glass.

Remove dust and oil.

Basic treatment: remove the dust and oil stain on the crack surface.

Determine the injection port

Determine the injection port: generally, an injection port is set at 15 ~ 20 cm, and the location of the injection port is set at the part with wide crack and unobstructed opening as far as possible, and tape is attached for reservation.

Closed crack

Sealing cracks: use quick-drying sealant, scrape off along the crack surface, and leave an injection port.

Installing plastic base

Installation of plastic base: Remove the adhesive tape from the injection port and stick the base on the injection port with sealant.

Install grouting device

Installation of grouting device: inject the prepared grouting resin into the grouting device, and screw the grouting device filled with resin on the base.

Grouting: loosen the spring of the grouting machine and confirm the injection state. If the resin is insufficient, it can be replenished before injection.

Injection closure

Sealing after injection: slow down the injection speed, and after it is confirmed that the glue is no longer injected, the grouting device can be removed and the base can be blocked with a plug (the used grouting device should be immediately soaked in alcohol for cleaning and preservation, so that it can be used next time, and no other thinner can be used for cleaning).

Clean the surface sealant.

After the resin is cured, knock off the base and plug, and clean the surface sealant.
