1. Shanxi Yangcheng power plant is the first special power plant and special line power plant with trans-regional transmission. The first phase of Yangcheng Power Plant consists of six 350,000 kW subcritical coal-fired generating units, which are jointly funded by China Datang Corporation, Jiangsu Guo Xin Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. and Shanxi International Power Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of1300 million yuan. It is a national key construction project.

2. Shanxi Gujiao Power Plant is an enterprise built and operated by Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd., and it is the largest coal-fired pithead power plant in China. Gujiao Power Plant is located in Gujiao City, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, 50 kilometers away from Taiyuan City.
