2. Develop good habits-promote economic growth in a civilized and healthy way.

3, develop good psychological habits-positive and optimistic attitude to challenge the fetters.

In a wide range of people, the mental health problems of teenagers can not be ignored. After years of research and analysis by psychologists, it is found that such psychological problems do exist, and there are not a few young students, and there is an upward trend. In our daily life, if we observe carefully, we don't find that students are generally tired of learning, have frequent mood swings, have puppy love, lack clear life goals, lack trust in people and things, and lack self-control, so the situation is different. Seeing this situation, I am anxious and sad. When I think about it carefully, I think the most effective way is to pay more attention to students' inner world, observe their emotional changes and pay more attention to their contact with the external environment. 1, think about the values of life? -what path to choose.

Entering high school, it should be said that life is entering a new starting point. I think we should be more mature, more rational and more unavoidable to explore the value of life.
