Japanese major in sanjiang university was founded in 1996 and became a Japanese department in 2000. In 2002, the Japanese undergraduate major was approved by the Ministry of Education. At present, there are two disciplines: "Japanese" (undergraduate) and "Business Japanese" (junior college), with more than 720 students. In May 2006, Japanese major passed the qualification evaluation of Japanese language and literature bachelor degree, and now 327 students have obtained bachelor degree. Japanese major (undergraduate)

This major trains Japanese talents with solid professional basic knowledge, proficient language skills, strong independent working ability and high level, who can engage in translation, sales and basic Japanese teachers in foreign trade, foreign affairs, tourism, publishing, news, finance and teaching.

Business Japanese major (junior college)
