Enterprise Status of Fujian Huadian Shaowu Power Generation Co., Ltd.

Huadian Fujian Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Fujian Yili Power (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly operate, with a shareholding ratio of 6: 4.

The existing two 125MW units are technical renovation projects with a total investment of 104 billion yuan. It was put into operation in March and September of 1998 respectively, which achieved the goal of reaching the standard when the unit was put into operation in that year, and passed the examination and acceptance of "no leakage power plant".
