Which is better, the on-site process engineer of Shanghai Volkswagen or the product engineer of Yanfeng Bailey?

Shanghai Volkswagen's on-site process engineer position is better. The income of Nanjing branch is similar to that of Shanghai Volkswagen Jiading, but only one grade away, much higher than that of Yanfeng. Volkswagen's year-end bonus is issued in a few months, and Yanfeng is not so much. Their salaries are similar, but their bonuses are far apart.
