Social insurance registration and unit account opening

The employing unit engaged in production and operation shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, and the employing unit engaged in non-production and operation shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration according to law.

Go through the formalities:

The new insured units shall fill in the Registration Form for Social Insurance of Employers and the Registration Form for Opening and Changing Enterprise Social Insurance in Hangzhou, and hold the original (both original and photocopy) and photocopy of the following documents:

1. Industrial and commercial business license, certificate of approval of establishment or other approved practice certificates (in Hangzhou office, the registration certificate of Hangzhou Municipal Government Economic Cooperation Office shall prevail);

2. Organization code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;

3. Tax registration certificate issued by the tax authorities.

Accepting department:

1. Units that are provincial, municipal or have no competent department but whose tax payment relationship belongs to provincial and municipal local taxes or development zone tax collection branches shall be accepted by the business hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau.

2. Units that belong to or have no competent department but the actual tax payment relationship is in the local land tax branches shall be accepted by the local social insurance agency (the same below).

Enterprises in Hangzhou who pay social security account for 28.9% of the base, and employees in Hangzhou account for 1 1%+4.
