Materials to be provided for the transfer of social security relations:
1. Pension insurance handbook and unemployment insurance handbook;
2. Proof of acceptance by the social security agency in the place where the transfer is to take place;

The process is as follows:
1. After the insured person establishes the basic pension insurance relationship and pays the contributions according to the regulations in the new place of employment, the employer or the insured person submits a written application for transferring the basic pension insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new place of employment;
2. The social security agency in the new place of employment examines and approves the application for transferring the relationship and makes a decision on the transferring of the relationship in the following manner within 15 working days, and provides a certificate of acceptance to the new social security agency that meets the conditions of this Measures. If the application meets the conditions stipulated in these Measures, the social security agency of the place where the original basic pension insurance relationship of the insured person is located shall issue a letter of consent to accept the application and provide the relevant information; if it does not meet the conditions for the transfer of the relationship, it shall give a written explanation to the applying organization or the insured person;
3. The social security agency of the place where the original basic pension insurance relationship is located shall handle the procedures of the transfer of the basic pension insurance relationship within 15 working days of the letter of consent to accept the application;
4. The new insurance office shall, within 15 working days after receiving the transfer of basic pension insurance relations and funds from the social security office of the place where the original basic pension insurance relations of the insured person are located, complete the relevant procedures and promptly notify the employing unit or the insured person of the confirmation of the situation.

Article 50 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China
The employer shall promptly issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship for the unemployed person, and notify the social insurance agency of the list of the unemployed person within fifteen days from the date of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship.
The unemployed person shall, with the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the employer, go to the designated public ****employment service agency to register as unemployed in a timely manner.
With the proof of unemployment registration and personal identification, the unemployed person shall go to the social insurance agency to go through the formalities for receiving unemployment insurance benefits. The period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is calculated from the date of registering as unemployed.
