The process of medical expense reimbursement:

The expenses incurred by the insured for special inspection in outpatient clinic due to illness shall be examined and registered in the next month with outpatient medical records, special inspection sheets, medical insurance prescriptions and medical insurance invoices. The expenses incurred by the insured due to illness in the outpatient special treatment shall go through the examination and registration formalities at the municipal medical insurance center every 2 months with the medical records, special treatment list, medical insurance prescription, checklist and medical insurance invoice. The expenses incurred by the insured who enjoy the subsidy for chronic diseases in outpatient treatment and medication shall go through the examination and registration formalities at the municipal medical insurance center in June and February each year with outpatient medical records, medical insurance prescriptions and medical insurance invoices;

2. When the insured person goes through the formalities of cost examination and registration, the handling department shall check whether the examination materials are complete on the spot and issue an acceptance receipt. When the materials are not uniform, inform the insured of the materials that still need to be paid at one time. The insured shall fill in the form within 10 working days;

3, the handling department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national "three directories", in the month to complete the cost audit of all accepted materials, and provide a list of items that can not be reimbursed in each accepted material and the proportion of expenses. For the medical expenses that need to be investigated and verified, the audit time shall be appropriately extended, but the longest time shall not exceed 60 working days from the date of acceptance of the materials.
