There is a difference. The calculation base of social security in Dongguan is lower than that in Guangzhou, especially the part paid by enterprises. In this way, you pay almost the same amount of money every month, but the company pays much less. If you want to settle in Guangzhou in the future, you will have less social security. If you don't plan to settle in Guangzhou in the future, the money is not much different, and you can get your share back when you leave your job. But if you see a doctor or something, you won't enjoy the medical insurance benefits in Guangzhou. Your company is really bad.
