Set the upper and lower limits of the social security base. The upper limit is 300% of the average salary of last year, the lower limit is 40% of the average salary of last year, and the medical care is 60%. Your pension and medical base are different, so your social security base should be between them. If the base exceeds the minimum pension, count yourself as the base; if the base does not reach the minimum medical care, count as the minimum.
