Can social insurance be cancelled?

New employees will enjoy social insurance. However, when the unit is dissolved, bankrupt, revoked, merged, moved or needs to terminate the social insurance relationship according to law for other reasons, the unit shall apply to the Provincial Social Security Bureau for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the day after the cancellation of payment registration (local tax department). When handling the cancellation of social insurance registration, you need to provide relevant qualifications and understand the relevant processes.

First, the required information

(a) the "application form for registration of social insurance information of the unit" in duplicate.

(2) Social insurance registration certificate (original).

(three) the application form for cancellation of registration of social security payment stamped by the local tax department.

The copy provided must be copied on A4 paper, and stamped with the official seal of the company and the endorsement of "consistent with the original".

Second, the processing program

(a) the unit shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of cancellation of registration by the administrative department for industry and commerce; Units that do not need to register with the administrative department for industry and commerce according to regulations shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of approval or termination of the relevant units; If the business license of a unit is revoked by the administrative department for industry and commerce, it shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of revocation; Where a unit needs to transfer the social insurance relationship due to the change of residence or the change of production and business address, it shall apply for cancellation of social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of the above change, and apply for social insurance registration with the social insurance agency where it moves in.

(two) after receiving the information, the agency shall review the information on the spot, cancel the registration immediately if it meets the conditions, recover the original social insurance registration certificate and destroy it.
