Where can I apply for a social security card in Beijing?

Before, I could basically go to the bank to apply for a social security card, and big banks such as ICBC, China Construction Bank and Bank of China could. I went to CCB. The bank has a special window to handle social security card business. However, it is recommended to go to a big bank. Big banks have money transfer machines, which are much faster. Small banks need manual operation, so slow down.
