China Bank Guangdong Financial Social Security Card Replacement Process

(1) After the loss of the financial and social security IC card is reported, or when the card is damaged or expired, you can apply for a replacement card at any local branch of our bank with your valid ID card.

(2) When reporting the loss in writing, you can select a replacement card synchronously; If you choose not to make up the card when reporting the loss in writing, you can make up the card separately afterwards.

(3) The card-making process of the replacement card of the financial social security IC card is consistent with the initial issuance. The card number must be changed after replacement or reissue.
