4. Unemployment Insurance

(1) the employer and the person himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year prior to becoming unemployed;

(2) the person has interrupted his employment not because of his own will;

(3) he has been registered as unemployed and has a requirement to find a job. . During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed person participates in the basic medical insurance for employees and enjoys the basic medical insurance benefits. The basic medical insurance premiums to be paid by the unemployed person are paid from the Unemployment Insurance Fund, and the individual does not pay the basic medical insurance premiums.

5. Maternity insurance

If an employer has paid maternity insurance premiums, its employees are entitled to maternity insurance treatment; the employee's unemployed spouse is entitled to treatment of maternity medical expenses in accordance with state regulations.
