Social Security Retirement Inquiry Special Work Types

The former Ministry of Labor of the State will be engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, extra heavy physical labor and toxic and harmful work as special jobs, and clear the scope of special jobs by the competent departments of various industries or labor departments to determine. Special work conditions:

Employees of nationally owned enterprises and collective enterprises above the county level can apply for early retirement if they meet the following conditions:

The special types of work they are engaged in must be within the scope of the special types of work stipulated by the Ministry of Labor and the State Council competent authorities of the relevant industries;

Engaged in high altitude and particularly heavy manual labor work for a cumulative total of 10 years;

Engaged in other work harmful to health for a total of eight years;

Men aged 55 years, women aged 45 years, with 10 years of continuous service can be retired for special types of work.

Special types of work for the process:

Approval form and related materials to the Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security external window approval, acceptance by the approval of the provisions of the early retirement conditions for injuries and illnesses, within 20 working days;
