How to handle social security for flexible employees?

Flexible employees who have reached the age of 18 can go through the social insurance payment procedures at the individual payment window of the social security agency. Personal insurance only accepts individuals to participate in endowment insurance and medical insurance. ?

Flexible employees mainly include freelancers, domestic workers, seasonal workers and hourly workers.

Second, the scope of insurance

(1) old-age insurance: basic old-age insurance+local supplementary old-age insurance;

(2) Medical insurance: comprehensive medical insurance+local supplementary endowment insurance+maternity medical insurance.

Note: In principle, deep-seated flexible employees must participate in endowment insurance and comprehensive medical insurance. However, deep-seated flexible employees with special difficulties can only choose to participate in comprehensive medical insurance or hospitalization medical insurance, but they need to provide proof of special difficulties issued by street labor security in their jurisdiction.

Third, the individual payment standard

(a) The individual's contribution to wages

Pay according to my total monthly salary, not higher than 300% and not lower than 60% of the average monthly salary of my employees in the previous year. Higher or lower, respectively, by 300% or 60% payment.

(B) the proportion of individual contributions

1. Old-age insurance: my monthly salary is 19%, including basic old-age insurance 18% and local supplementary old-age insurance1%;

2. Medical insurance: 9% of my monthly salary, including comprehensive medical insurance 8%, local supplementary endowment insurance 0.5% and maternity medical insurance 0.5%.

Note: If an individual applies for social insurance at the individual payment window, all relevant expenses shall be borne by the applicant.
