How to apply for payment of social security certificate

Hello: Go to the local district and county social security center's pension office to get an application form for payment certificate, which says the reason and unit to be issued, as well as the name and ID number of the employee to issue the certificate, and affix the official seal. After handing it over to social security, they will print a proof of payment and affix the social security seal.
