Pay employee medical insurance or resident medical insurance by yourself?

There are two ways to pay social security at their own expense: employee social security and urban and rural social security. If you pay employee social security at your own expense, you need to pay medical insurance. Those who pay urban and rural social security at their own expense do not necessarily need to pay medical insurance, because the parties can choose to pay medical insurance or endowment insurance, or both.
