I. Bidding Method

1, individual bid.

Persons who meet the conditions for issuing financial and social security cards, or individuals who need to reissue or change cards, can choose the business outlets of cooperative banks to bid.

2, the unit bulk agent.

Employees can apply to the unit, and the unit manager will handle financial and social security cards for employees in batches. Units can pre-apply online through the social security card unit pre-application system. After the bank has passed the pre-examination, the unit shall submit relevant materials to the signing bank outlets according to the system prompts. When applying for the first time, you need to choose a bank to sign a contract. Once the unit and the bank confirm it, it will not be changed. The first bid (including replacing the original social security card or magnetic stripe card with a financial social security card) is free. The fee for the replacement of the financial social security card shall be charged by the cooperative bank to the cardholder according to the standard approved by the provincial price department (currently 20 yuan/Zhang).
