2) Retired soldiers, resettlement personnel of non-profit employment organizations and laid-off workers in this city;

3) Rural laborers who have not implemented employment and unemployment management, such as greening and isolation construction, resource depletion, mine closure or protective restrictions, and have transferred employment registration;

4) Rural laborers who have transferred employment registration (unemployment registration) in ecological conservation areas;

Those who employ the following persons may apply for social insurance subsidies for no more than 3 years within the term of the labor contract: ① other registered unemployed persons in this city;

(2) Transfer rural labor force by employment registration (unemployment registration);

(3) College graduates.

Note: In case of retirement and death. The subsidy object can apply for post subsidies and social insurance subsidies according to the actual labor contract between the employer and the employee.

(2) Subsidy standard 1) Post subsidy: 8000 yuan per person per year.

2) Social insurance subsidies: Since July, 20021year, social insurance subsidies have been subsidized according to the minimum payment standards of basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance (excluding maternity insurance) and unemployment insurance in this city, with the proportions of 16%, 9% and 0.5% respectively.
