How about Shenzhen Children's Social Security Card?

1. Children registered in Shenzhen: unconditional restrictions.

2. Children with foreign household registration: studying in kindergarten or school, and one parent has paid social insurance in Shenzhen for more than one year in the last three years. Both conditions are required.

Information provided: 1. Household register of children and guardians.

2. Child's birth certificate

3. One parent's bank account number (no bank restriction, passbook or card is acceptable, recommended by China, home, work and construction).

Copies of the above three items are required.

4. Children's digital photo receipt (write down the child's name, gender and ID number, all children need to provide)

5. Family planning certificate issued by the neighborhood committee living in Shenzhen (not provided by Shenzhen hukou, not provided by children living in Shenzhen hukou).

6. One of the parents is a staff member, and it is necessary to provide proof of the unit that has not participated in family overall medical care.

Handling process: Children who are not in the park or school in Shenzhen will be declared by their parents, and the information will be submitted to the social security station window for review after the declaration is successful.

In the park, the school will publish the students' names and ID numbers online. After the declaration, parents will log in to declare their parents' information.
