Article 46 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that an unemployed person who has paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year or less than five years before becoming unemployed shall receive unemployment insurance benefits for a maximum period of twelve months; if he or she has paid unemployment insurance premiums for five years or less than ten years, he or she shall receive such benefits for a maximum period of eighteen months; if he or she has paid unemployment insurance premiums for more than ten years, he or she shall receive unemployment insurance benefits for a maximum period of twenty-four months. After re-employment, if you are unemployed again, the contribution time is recalculated, and the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is combined with the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits that should have been received but have not yet been received in the previous unemployment, and the maximum period is not more than twenty-four months.
