How to halve the social security of 4050 people in Jining city?

1. Procedures for applying for 4050 subsidy:

(1) Three days after the applicant pays the old-age insurance and medical insurance of the current year, he/she will go to the social security subsidy acceptance window of the flexible employment personnel of the municipal archives custody center for preliminary examination with his/her ID card, custody contract and original payment bill, get the application form and flexible employment certificate, and fill in the application form as required;

(2) The flexible employment permit shall be registered and stamped by the applicant at the community labor security workstation where his/her household registration is located;

(3) The applicant holds the application form, flexible employment permit, ID card, household registration book and other related materials (in triplicate) to the street (township) labor security office for review, and after verification, signs and seals it (the labor security office keeps one copy);

(4) The applicant shall go through the declaration formalities with the application form, flexible employment permit and other related materials at the acceptance window of the municipal archives custody center.

(5) The municipal archives storage center shall consult the archives, check the date of birth, and report to the labor and social security department. The labor and social security department shall report the funds allocated by the financial department after the audit;

(6) According to the issuance time notice, the applicant holds his ID card and acceptance card to the designated bank to receive social security subsidies.

2. Policy and amount of social security subsidy in 4050:

(1) People who are less than five years away from the statutory retirement age can enjoy retirement, while others are no more than three years;

(2) The subsidy standard is the full amount of the basic old-age insurance premium and basic medical insurance premium actually paid by the applicant.

3. It should be noted that each eligible flexible employee can only enjoy this policy once, and those who have been insured by the employer cannot enjoy it.
