1, you should apply for labor arbitration to pay social security.

2, you can pay back the social security for two and a half years. If you can't pay back to the social security agency, you can ask the unit to make compensation.

3. The payment base is not uniform. Some provinces pay according to the average social wage of employees over the years, such as Anhui Province. Some regulations pay according to the current salary payment base, and some provinces stipulate paying according to the actual salary base every year. As for the amount paid, if the labor arbitration is completed, the social security department will help you calculate it, and then the unit and the individual will each bear one.

(3) Employment records such as Registration Form and Application Form filled out by employees;

(4) attendance records;

(5) Testimonies of other workers, etc.

Among them, the relevant documents in items (1), (3) and (4) shall be borne by the employer.

You can provide labor materials according to (2) the work permit, service certificate and other documents that can prove your identity (not limited to this article) issued by the employer to the workers.
