3. Responsible for promoting employment: draw up plans and policies for coordinating urban and rural employment development, improve the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, coordinate the establishment of vocational skills training system for urban and rural workers, formulate employment assistance system, and take the lead in formulating employment policies for college graduates.
