China Bank lost its Tianjin social security card. How can I reissue it?

If the social security card of China Bank is lost or damaged, the cardholder should report the loss at any branch of China Bank, and the branch will issue a notice of loss reporting. The applicant holds the certificate of loss reporting (the third copy) and goes to any instant card issuing institution of Bank of China to apply for the replacement of social security card.
