When will the company pay social security?

The time for the Company to pay social security is as follows:

1. Both parties shall establish a labor relationship from the date of employment, and the unit shall sign a labor contract with the employee within one month from the date of actual employment (pay double salary for more than one month), and the term of the labor contract includes the probation period;

2. After the contract is signed, the unit shall declare for employees to participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums according to law, and the part that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the unit from employees' wages;

3, the payer must declare the amount of social insurance premiums payable to the social insurance agency on a monthly basis;

4. The unit shall sign a written labor contract with the employee within one month from the date of employment, and pay the social security fee for the employee in the second month from the date of employment.

Article 7

The administrative department of social insurance in the State Council is responsible for the national social insurance management, and other relevant departments in the State Council are responsible for the relevant social insurance work within their respective functions and duties.
