There are three forms that enterprises often print on the Internet, including payment base roster, audit roster query and payment notice.
Among them, the payment base list can only be printed before the current month and the end of the month. Sometimes the system will be unstable. It is recommended to print before 26th. This roster can see the ID number, name and payment base of each employee of the enterprise.
Audit roster: you don't need to print the current month's (you will be prompted to enter the corresponding month after entering the system), and you can see the list of people who have increased or decreased.
Payment Notice: You don't need to print the month's (you will be prompted to enter the month of the corresponding query after entering the system). You can see the total amount of insurance paid by the enterprise, the total amount of all employees in each type of insurance in the five insurances, the total amount of overdue payment and the late payment fee in this roster.
Note: enterprises sometimes refer to printing the payment details of enterprises, which is actually printing the payment notice; Enterprises cannot view the details of payment to specific employees in the system. If you want to know, you can enter the employee's ID number in the self-service machine of the social security center for inquiry or the employee can log in to the local social security network for inquiry.
