If your household registration is in Shenzhen, you can apply to the district social security bureau where your household registration is located and pay social security at your own expense.

If the household registration is not in Shenzhen, social security can only be renewed through re-employment units.

Since you have paid in Shenzhen for 10 years, whether you are registered in Shenzhen or not, you can choose to go through retirement procedures in Shenzhen when the legal retirement age reaches the minimum payment period 15.
